My game crashes. (Android)

Does your game keep crashing?



First, make sure that your Android is up to date. (Settings > About Device)



Please try the following troubleshooting tips:

1. Make sure you have a solid connection.

2. Free up device memory by uninstalling unused Apps and/or removing videos/photos.

* We recommend at least 4 GB of space!

3. Free up memory by closing all running Apps.

4. Restart your device.



Please note that since there are many varieties of Android devices, your device may not necessarily meet the recommended specifications.
